Your assistant scans your Gmail and Google Drive for clients whose contract is about to expire or who are open to an upgrade. Within seconds you know which relationships deserve attention, including a ready-to-send re-engagement message.

How do you activate the skill?

1. Go to Skills in your dashboard
2. Find Renewal & Upsell Intelligence and click Activate
3. Connect Gmail (required) and Google Drive (recommended)

What can you do with it?

Example commands:

• "Scan my inbox and find clients who need renewal or an upgrade"
• "Write a re-engagement message for Company X"
• "Give me an overview of clients to follow up this quarter"

What the assistant does:

Renewal scan:

1. Analyses your Gmail for contract-related emails
2. Looks for patterns: last contact, contract duration, silent periods
3. Gives a top 5 of clients with renewal/upsell potential

Write a message:

1. Analyses the client relationship and history
2. Writes a personal re-engagement message
3. Saves it as a file in your dashboard
