General
What is dGENIX?
dGENIX gives you your own AI assistant, GENI, that takes real work off your plate. You connect your own tools, activate skills from a library of 60+ and GENI runs entire tasks on its own: handling email, creating content, measuring your growth with the 5 Growth Engines. All on one dashboard, no installation needed.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You set GENI up in plain language and give instructions like you would ask a colleague. Setup takes about 5 minutes, then it runs for you.
Can I start right now?
dGENIX is currently in early access. Join the waitlist and you will be among the first to hear from us when we open. In the meantime you can already run the free SEO and GEO scan, no account needed for that.
How do I get started?
Join the waitlist. Once you are in, you pick a plan, give GENI a name and working style, connect your first tools via Connectors and activate the skills that do your work. Setup takes about 5 minutes.
Can I try something without an account?
Yes. The free scan analyses your website on SEO and on AI visibility (GEO) and shows your scores and biggest issues right away. No account needed and it costs you nothing.
Does dGENIX work with my own tools?
Yes. You connect your own accounts (Google, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, LinkedIn and more) via a secure OAuth connection. GENI works on your account, we never run on a shared key. See all connections on the Integrations page.
What is the Workspace?
The Workspace is your central place for notes, to-do lists, reminders and a timeline. You capture anything (type, chat or speak), GENI finds it back semantically, suggests tasks from a brain dump and even stages the key points from an SEO/GEO audit as tasks automatically. On the timeline you see your tasks, reminders and everything GENI publishes and schedules for you. Notes and tasks are free on every plan; the AI features (semantic search, AI tags, voice notes) are available from Starter.
Skills & Engines
What is a skill?
A skill is a building block that gives GENI a capability, like managing your email or scheduling social posts. You activate them in one click and stack them into a process that runs itself. New ones are added every month.
What are the Growth Engines?
The 5 Growth Engines are the heaviest tools: SEO Engine (rank higher on Google), GEO Engine (get cited by AI), Authority Engine (write and publish content), Reputation Engine (earn more reviews) and AI Content Engine (viral clips). GENI runs them through chat and schedules them via Automations. Access is part of your plan from Growth or Pro; every action uses credits. For heavy use there is the optional Growth Engines subscription with a separate engine-credit wallet.
Can I combine skills?
Yes, that is where the power is. Gmail + Calendar + Research becomes an assistant that reads your inbox, schedules follow-ups and adds research. GENI links the steps and runs them in order.
Can GENI run work automatically?
Yes. With Automations you schedule tasks that GENI runs on its own, daily, weekly or monthly. Think of a weekly SEO audit, a monthly report in your inbox or your social posts. You can pick from ready-made workflow templates. On Pro you can also import your existing n8n workflows and have GENI run them.
A skill I need is missing. What now?
Request it via the contact page. dGENIX builds new skills and adds them to the marketplace, so everyone can activate them. New skills are added every month.
Credits & pricing
How do credits work?
Every task GENI runs costs credits, depending on how heavy the work is. Your plan includes a monthly bundle; a simple chat costs little, a full site audit more. You can always see your usage on the dashboard.
Roughly what does a task cost?
It depends on the work. A chat message costs little, a generated image a few hundred credits and a full site audit runs into the thousands. As a guide: Starter (75,000 credits per month) is good for around 750 tasks. You see your usage per task live on the dashboard, so there are never any surprises.
What if I run out of credits?
From the Starter plan you buy an extra credit pack (from S to XXL) or move to a higher plan. You lose nothing, you simply top up. On Free there is a hard limit of 1,000 credits; buying extra is only available from Starter.
What is the Growth Engines subscription?
An optional add-on for anyone who uses the SEO, GEO, Authority, Reputation and backlink tools heavily. You get a separate engine-credit wallet that tops up every month and is used first for engine actions, so heavy engine work does not eat into your regular plan credits. Four tiers: Lite €19 (60k), Start €39 (150k), Pro €99 (500k) and Scale €199 (1.5M) per month, 20% off annually. Without the add-on the engines simply run on your plan credits.
Which plans are there?
Free to explore, Starter (€29), Growth (€69), Pro (€129) and Business (€249) per month, plus Custom for teams and white label. Paying yearly gives a 20% discount. The higher the plan, the more credits and the more engines you get. All rates and what each plan includes are on the pricing page.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. No contracts, no hidden costs, cancel any time.
Privacy & security
What happens to my data?
Your data stays yours. Connections run through your own account and you decide what GENI may do. You can read exactly how we handle data in the privacy policy.
How safe are my connections?
Your tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256) and GENI only uses the permissions you grant. You can revoke a connection at any time from the dashboard.
Is dGENIX GDPR-compliant?
Yes. dGENIX is built with GDPR in mind: you keep control of your data, connections are opt-in and email campaigns carry a mandatory unsubscribe link.
Can GENI do something I did not want?
GENI asks for confirmation before it does anything irreversible or expensive. Content that goes to your CMS is staged as a draft, so you review it and hit publish yourself. And GENI can only reach the tools you connected, with the permissions you granted.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You delete your account from the dashboard. Your conversations, files, memory and connections are then erased and your tokens with third parties are revoked.
Memory, projects & channels
Does GENI remember what I said before?
Yes, GENI has real memory. It remembers your facts, preferences, goals, instructions and the context of your work, so you do not have to repeat yourself. It also learns from what you do on the platform, so GENI knows which audits you ran and which content you published. You can search your memory with a question and you manage it yourself on the Memory page. Memory is in every plan, smart search from Starter.
Do you work for several clients or brands?
Then you work with projects. Each project gets its own instructions and its own memory, so GENI does not carry context from client A over to client B. You can attach audits and drafts to a project in one click, after which GENI knows that context in every conversation. Useful for agencies.
Can I attach files in the chat?
Yes. You can attach images, PDF, text, Word and Excel, and GENI reads the content. Audio and video are transcribed automatically, so you can have a recording or meeting summarised.
Can I talk to GENI?
Yes. With Voice chat you talk hands-free to GENI in a realistic voice, in Dutch or English. Handy while you do something else.
Do I have to use Telegram?
No. dGENIX is dashboard-first. Telegram is a free, optional add-on: activate it and you can send GENI an instruction on the go, fully synced with your dashboard.
Does dGENIX work in Dutch and English?
Yes, fully bilingual. The platform and GENI mirror the language you use.
Where do I go with a question?
The dashboard has a support page where you can ask a question and see your earlier tickets. If you get stuck, or if you have a question beforehand, use the contact page. The documentation also has a guide for every skill and every engine.
