A chat message costs little, a generated image a few hundred credits and a full site audit runs into the thousands. Every plan includes a monthly bundle and you see your usage per task live on the dashboard.

Your monthly bundle is reset to your plan amount every billing period. Credits you do not use that month expire and do not roll over to the next month. So pick a plan that matches what you actually use, you can always scale up.

That depends on how intensively you use GENI. With Starter (75,000 credits) you have room for around 750 tasks a month, enough for daily mail, calendar and research. Growth (175,000) and Pro (350,000) are meant for those who also run the engines and automations. Business (1 million) is for teams and agencies.

No, all amounts are excluding VAT. dGENIX is a business service, so as an entrepreneur you simply reclaim the VAT.

The SEO Engine (with Links & Authority) is part of your plan from Growth. The GEO, Authority, Reputation and AI Content Engine are included from Pro. So access comes with your subscription; every action you run, such as an audit, costs credits from your monthly bundle. If you use the engines heavily there is an optional Growth Engines subscription with its own engine-credit wallet, so heavy engine work does not eat into your regular credits.

Skills are the building blocks that give GENI its capabilities, from Gmail and Calendar to Lead Research and Content Repurposing. You activate them in one click from the marketplace. Which skills you can activate depends on your plan: the basics are included from Starter, the heavier business skills from Growth or Pro. You pay nothing extra for them, only the credits a task consumes.

Yes, at any time from the dashboard. An upgrade takes effect immediately, so you get more credits and more engines right away. A downgrade takes effect at your next billing period.

Yes, from the Starter plan you can buy extra credits via the dashboard as a one-time purchase. On Free there is a hard limit of 1,000 credits and you cannot buy more, upgrade to Starter or higher for that. Your assistant automatically pauses when you are below the minimum buffer.

Yes. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time via the dashboard. You will still have access until the end of the billing period.
