Your data stays yours.

GENI works on your own accounts, with the permissions you grant and nothing more. This is what security looks like at dGENIX.

You stay in control

GENI only does what you ask, with the tools you connect.

• Connections via OAuth on your own account, with the minimal permissions a task needs.
• GENI asks for confirmation before it does anything irreversible or expensive.
• Content for your CMS is staged as a draft. You review it and hit publish yourself.
• You revoke any connection with one click from your dashboard.

Encrypted and shielded

• OAuth tokens and API keys stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
• Passwords securely hashed, never in plain text.
• All traffic over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
• Row-level security at database level, so you only see your own data.
• Access within our team based on minimal privileges.

Your data does not train AI

We do not use the content of your conversations or your data to train AI models. The specialised AI providers we use for text, speech and image do not train their models on the data processed through their APIs. We never sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Built with the GDPR in mind

dGENIX B.V. (in formation) is established in the Netherlands and processes your data in accordance with the GDPR. Connections are opt-in, email campaigns carry a mandatory unsubscribe link, and you have full rights of access, correction and erasure.

For agencies and business customers

If you use dGENIX to process data about your own customers or contacts, we act as a processor and you are the data controller. Business customers can enter into a data processing agreement (DPA) with us on request, and we share a current overview of our sub-processors on request.

Delete whenever you want

You delete your account and all associated data directly from your dashboard. Your conversations, files, memory and notes are erased and your connections with third parties revoked. We keep usage logs for up to 90 days, and invoice data as the law requires.

Responsible AI

We are clear that GENI is an AI assistant. AI output is generated automatically, can make mistakes and is meant to support your work, not replace it. That is why we keep a human in the loop: for anything published or sent on your behalf, GENI asks for confirmation and stages content as a draft, so you have the final check. In line with the transparency principle of the EU AI Act, we always make it clear when you are working with AI, and we do not train models on your data.
