The dashboard is where you configure everything and find everything back: your conversations, your skills, your connections, your usage and your subscription.
You reach it at app.dgenix.com or
app.dgenix.nl. Which address you use sets the language:
.com is English, .nl is Dutch.
What you can do with it
The sidebar is split into three groups, so you know where to look:
| Group | Item | For |
|---|---|---|
| Work | Home | Balance, recent activity and shortcuts |
| Assistant | Chatting with GENI, projects and your knowledge base | |
| Workspace | Notes, tasks, timeline and your files | |
| Growth | Skills | Switching on capabilities and connecting accounts |
| Tasks | Work that runs automatically on schedule | |
| Growth Tools | The five engines: SEO, GEO, Authority, Reputation, AI Content | |
| Memory | What GENI remembers about you | |
| Account | Account | Usage and subscription |
| Settings | Profile, assistant, Telegram, notifications, privacy | |
| Help and support | Guidance and contact |
Home
The first screen gives you the state of play: your credit balance, your recent activity and a row of shortcuts that adapts to your plan. On Free those are things that work without connections; on Pro the engines are there.
At the top sits an input bar so you can ask GENI something without going to the chat first.
What you see
The Home screen of an account on Growth looks like this:
142,500 credits of 175,000 · renews 8 September
Active skills 9 Scheduled tasks 3 of 5 Used this month 32,500 Recent activity
- Inbox summarised , 240 cr
- SEO audit dgenix.com , 4,000 cr
- LinkedIn post published , 180 cr
That way you see at a glance whether you are on track, and where your credits go.
Account: usage and subscription
Under Account there are two tabs.
Usage shows your balance, a progress bar for the current month, your recent transactions and a graph of your credit history per day, week, month or year. Useful for seeing whether a spike was one-off or structural.
This is also where you top up, from Starter:
| Pack | Credits | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Small | 25,000 | €12 |
| Medium | 60,000 | €27 |
| Large | 150,000 | €60 |
| XL | 350,000 | €130 |
| XXL | 750,000 | €260 |
Subscription shows your current plan, the renewal date and your invoices, and is where you change plan or update your payment method.
Limits
- The dashboard is per user. There is no shared team view.
- Topping up is available from Starter. On Free there is a hard limit of 1,000 credits.
- Unused credits expire at the monthly renewal; they do not stack.
- Files live in the Workspace, not as a separate menu item.
- Admin screens are only visible to administrators.
Troubleshooting
Your balance does not match what you expected. Check the transaction list under Account. Every deduction is listed with a description; a failed paid action is refunded and shows there too.
You cannot see Growth Tools. The engines sit in Growth (SEO) and Pro (the rest).
A menu item is missing. Some parts sit in a higher plan. The skill card states which plan it starts from.
The dashboard is in the wrong language. Language follows the domain: use app.dgenix.com for English and app.dgenix.nl for Dutch.
Your renewal date looks wrong. It follows your first payment, not the calendar month. That same date determines when your credits and monthly limits reset.
