Limits
- It does not calculate prices. It takes over the amounts you name; it does not decide what something is worth.
- No legal text. Terms and contract clauses belong with your lawyer, not here.
- No layout or house style. You get text; the design you do in your own template.
- Check the figures before you send. A proposal is an offer; you can be held to what is in it.
- One proposal per request.
Troubleshooting
The proposal is too generic. Give more about the client's situation: what is going wrong now, and why they are asking you. That is what the first section builds on.
The price breakdown is off. Name the amounts per phase rather than one total, and it will not split them itself.
The tone does not fit. Record your writing style in Settings; it then applies to every proposal.
There is a validity date you did not want. Say what you use; by default it applies a common term.
Frequently asked questions
Can it stage it as a document? Yes, with Google Docs connected it writes the proposal straight in and returns the link.
Does it use my earlier proposals? Only if you put them in your knowledge base. Then it follows that structure.
Can I combine it with research? Yes: Lead Research first for context, then the proposal.
What is the difference with Client Onboarding? This is the proposal before the job. Client Onboarding arranges the start after approval.
