That tells you who stuck around and how much room is left within your monthly cap.
Conditions
- Up to 25 conversions per calendar month count towards your bonus
- Your friend has to create a new account through your link; existing accounts do not count
- Your credits follow after the first payment, not at signup
- You cannot invite yourself
- Credits are added automatically, there is nothing to claim
Limits
- The monthly cap applies to you only. Above 25 your friend still gets their welcome credits, only your bonus lapses that month.
- The cap runs per calendar month and resets on the first.
- Credits are not money. They cannot be paid out or transferred.
- There is a 30-day cookie. If someone signs up later, the link is no longer matched.
- If your friend cancels straight away your bonus stands, but repeated abuse can lead to it being withdrawn.
Troubleshooting
Your friend signed up but you see nothing. The link was probably not used, or the cookie expired. The overview only shows signups matched to your link.
Your friend signed up but you got no credits. Those only follow after the first payment. While someone is on Free, the status stays "Signed up".
The credits did not arrive after payment. Crediting is automatic and can take a few minutes. If it stays out, check whether you already hit the cap of 25.
Your link does not work. Copy it again from the dashboard; a hand-typed link with the wrong code matches nothing.
Frequently asked questions
When do I get my credits? Right after your friend completes their first subscription payment.
What if someone closes the link and comes back later? The link is kept in a cookie for 30 days. If they sign up within that window, the invitation counts.
Can I see the status of my invitations? Yes, at Dashboard -> Invite friends, with status and credits earned.
What happens above 25 conversions? Your friend still gets their welcome credits; your bonus lapses for that month and the counter resets on the first of the next.
Do the credits expire? Earned credits are added to your balance and follow the normal credit rules. See The credit system.
