With the Content Repurposing skill GENI turns one piece of content into several platform versions, each in the form that works there.
Available from Growth. No connection needed.
What can GENI do with Content Repurposing?
- Turn one source into several platform variants in a single request
The point is not copying the same text four times. LinkedIn wants a personal story, X wants short and sharp, a newsletter wants context and Instagram wants a hook. Same substance, four different shapes.
Example: what you ask, what you get
Turn this blog article into content for LinkedIn, X, my newsletter and Instagram
LinkedIn , 140 words, personal angle "Last week a client called with a question I hear often…"
X , 3 separate posts, each under 280 characters "Most sites block exactly the AI bots that would cite them. For years."
Newsletter , 320 words, with a short intro and a closing line
Instagram , a 90-word caption plus 12 hashtags, with a suggestion for the visual: a screenshot of the robots.txt line.
Everything is in your Workspace. Shall I publish the LinkedIn version now?
Requirements
- Plan: Growth and up
- Connection: none, unless you want to publish straight away
Activating
- Go to Dashboard -> Skills and activate Content Repurposing
- Give an article, video URL or text and say which platforms you want variants for
What it costs
| Action | Credits |
|---|---|
| Analyse a source and generate four platform variants | 500 |
See The credit system.
Limits
- Publishing does not happen by itself. You get the texts; posting is yours, or through LinkedIn or the Social Media Manager.
- It does not invent facts. What is not in your source does not appear.
- No visuals. At most it suggests what you could show.
- Quality depends on the source. A thin article yields thin variants.
- You stay responsible for what you post. Check the texts for figures and promises.
Troubleshooting
The variants look too similar. Say per platform what you want ("LinkedIn personal, X sharp") and it differentiates more strongly.
The tone is off. Record your writing style in Settings; it then applies everywhere.
It misses the point of the article. Name the core message in your request and it builds around that.
A video source yields little. Without clear speech there is little to repurpose; check that the video is transcribable.
Frequently asked questions
Which sources can I use? A blog article, a video URL, or just text you paste into the chat.
Can I schedule this? Yes, for example turning your latest blog into social posts weekly. See Scheduled tasks.
What is the difference with the Short Generator? That makes video clips. This skill makes text for different channels. See Short Generator.
Can it publish straight away? Only through a skill that can, such as LinkedIn, and always with confirmation.
