Settings

Settings holds all the personal configuration for your account and assistant. Reachable via the gear icon in the left navigation.

Profile

Manage your account details:

  • Name and display name
  • Email address
  • Profile picture

AI Assistant

Configure your assistant's behaviour and personality:

Assistant name Give your assistant its own name. It also uses this name in Telegram.

Communication style

  • Casual, informal and friendly
  • Formal, businesslike and professional
  • Direct, concise, no unnecessary explanation
  • Detailed, thorough with full context

Focus areas Tick the areas relevant to you: productivity, sales, health, marketing, creative, finance, planning, research.

Personal instructions Free-form rules the assistant always follows. Examples:

  • "Always answer in bullet points, never long paragraphs"
  • "Always use a professional tone for emails"

Knowledge document The personal profile document created during the intake. The assistant always loads it as context. You can view and edit it here.

Voice Pick a voice for Voice Chat (Dutch or English voices available).

Memory

Manage all memories your assistant has stored: view by type (fact, preference, goal, instruction), select and delete outdated ones, export as a JSON backup and import to restore. Storage limit: 500 memories per account.

Connectors

External services are connected on the Connectors page (Dashboard -> Connectors): the Google suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Tasks, Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile), plus Slack, Notion, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Stripe, WhatsApp, Instagram, Airtable, Typeform and Calendly. Microsoft 365 and Canva are coming soon.

Click "Connect" on a service and complete the OAuth flow (or enter an API key). You grant dGENIX permission to act on your behalf; login credentials are never stored. Click "Disconnect" to deactivate.

Telegram

Manage your Telegram add-on (if activated): view the linked Telegram account, re-activate if something goes wrong, and set up your own bot (included from Pro) by entering your own Telegram bot token.

Notifications

Choose which notifications you receive: subscription reminders, low-credit warnings and system messages.

Privacy & Export

  • Export data: request a full export of your data (sent by email)
  • Delete account: permanently delete account, memories, conversations and files

Account deletion is irreversible. All data is permanently removed.
