What is dGENIX?

dGENIX is a platform that gives you one AI assistant, GENI, that does work inside your own tools: email, calendar, documents, social media and your website.

The difference with a chatbot is the word does. A chatbot answers. GENI reads your inbox, writes the email, books the appointment in your calendar and publishes the article , in your accounts, with your data.

Who is GENI?

GENI is the name of your assistant. Not a chat window, but one assistant you meet everywhere: in the dashboard, in Telegram and through voice. It keeps the same memories, the same skills and the same conversation history, wherever you talk to it.

During the intake you give it a name and tell it how to write. Prefer "Max" over "GENI" in your chat window? That works. In this documentation we call it GENI.

What is the platform made of?

Part What it is
GENI Your assistant. You give instructions in plain language, it handles the execution.
Skills Capabilities you switch on: email, calendar, images, video, research.
Connectors Links to your own accounts, so GENI is allowed to work there.
Growth Tools Five engines that measure and improve how visible you are online.
Credits Your monthly balance. Every piece of work costs credits, and you see the cost up front.

Those five interlock. A skill without a connector cannot reach anything; a connector without a skill only grants access. Exactly how they work together is in How it all fits together.

What can you do with it?

A few things people do daily, to make it concrete:

Summarise my unread mail and put the action items in my calendar
Research what this company does and draft a first email I can send
Analyse my website for visibility and give me the three worst problems
Turn this video into five shorts with a title and hashtags

You do not have to learn commands. You write what you want, GENI picks the skill it needs.

What you see

Ask for an inbox summary and you do not get a raw mail dump but an ordered answer:

12 unread, 3 need action

  • Sofie van Dijk , quote approved, wants to sign this week. Action: send contract.
  • Accountant , VAT return due before the 25th. Action: supply figures.
  • Jan Bakker , asks whether Thursday's meeting can move.

The other 9 are newsletters and notifications. Shall I archive those?

For an action that changes something or costs money, GENI asks for confirmation first. You always see the text before an email goes out.

Where do you work?

The dashboard at app.dgenix.com (or app.dgenix.nl) is home base: you chat there, switch on skills, connect accounts and see your usage.

Telegram is a free extra channel for when you are out. You never need it, and everything stays in sync: same assistant, same memory, same conversations.

Limits

Honest about the limits, because it saves disappointment:

  • Not an autonomous employee. GENI waits for your instruction or for a task you scheduled. It does not invent work.
  • Not a replacement for your expertise. It writes a proposal; you judge whether it is right.
  • Nothing irreversible without confirmation. Sending mail, publishing and expensive actions always ask for approval first.
  • No access you did not grant. Without a connector it reaches nothing, and you revoke any connection in one click.
  • Never deletes anything. No mail, no file, no calendar entry.

What it costs

You pick a plan with a monthly credit balance. Every piece of work uses credits: a short chat question very few, a full website audit many. What an action costs shows on the button before you start it, and if a paid action fails you get the credits back.

On Free you can explore the platform and chat in a limited way. From Starter the connectors and most skills become available, and the heaviest engines sit in Growth and Pro.

Full indicative pricing is at The credit system, the plans at Plans and pricing.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from ChatGPT? A standalone chat model talks; it has no access to your mail, calendar or website. GENI works inside your own accounts, remembers your situation between conversations and can run tasks on a schedule without you being there.

Do I need to be able to code? No. You connect accounts in a few clicks and give instructions in plain language. Average setup time is about five minutes.

Can GENI reach my data without me knowing? No. It only reaches what you explicitly connected, and you see per connector which permissions you grant. Break the connection and access is gone immediately.

Where do I start? At Getting started: create an account, run the intake, connect your first tool. If you want to understand the whole first, read How it all fits together.
