Workspace and memory: the brain that lets GENI learn your business

What makes an AI assistant truly personal is not the number of skills, but whether it remembers you. An assistant that starts every conversation with a blank slate stays a helper. An assistant that knows your work, preferences and earlier results becomes a colleague. In dGENIX two parts handle that: the AI Workspace and Memory AI. Together they are the connective tissue of the platform. This article explains how they work, how they connect and why they make the difference.

Memory AI: one memory across your whole platform

GENI's memory is the layer that ties everything together. Everything you do (an audit from an engine, a generated image, a completed task, a transcript or a note) automatically lands in that memory. So GENI builds on earlier work instead of starting over every time.

The memory is made up of three tracks: what GENI knows about you (facts, preferences, goals and way of working), what you do (your activity on the platform) and your documents and notes. Because it works semantically, you search by meaning and not by keyword: you simply ask GENI what it knows about a topic and it comes back. And the memory is strictly private, only yours.

Working across multiple brands or clients? Then you switch context effortlessly. Each project has its own memory and its own instructions, so one client's knowledge never leaks into another's.

The AI Workspace: everything in one place

Where memory sits under the hood, the AI Workspace is where you see and use it. It is your central hub in the dashboard, with notes, to-do lists, reminders and a timeline together, and GENI actively works in it.

  • Notes: type, chat or speak something and it lands straight in your workspace, with folders and tags, no more scattered notepads.
  • Tasks: to-do lists with priority and due dates, plus tasks GENI suggests itself based on your conversations.
  • Timeline: an overview of everything in play, scheduled, recommended, executed and published, so you see at a glance what GENI did and will still do.

The powerful part is the coherence. Dump your thoughts into a note and GENI turns them into a prioritized task plan for you to approve. Ask where you wrote something and semantic search finds it. And everything GENI does elsewhere on the platform, from an SEO audit to a series of social posts, comes together here on the timeline.

How do memory and workspace work together?

Think of the workspace as your desk and Memory AI as your long-term memory. You capture something in the workspace, and it becomes part of what GENI permanently knows about you. In turn, memory feeds the workspace: because GENI knows your context, it can suggest meaningful tasks and connect your notes to earlier work. That creates a system that gets more useful every week.

What is in which plan?

Memory is in every plan, including free. The basics of the workspace, notes and tasks, are also free on every plan. The smart layer (GENI suggesting tasks, semantic search, AI tags and voice notes) is included from Starter. So you start without a barrier and grow along when you want more from your assistant. The details are on the pricing page.

Why this makes the difference

Other AI tools start every conversation over and make you repeat the context each time. dGENIX does not. Because memory and workspace are woven together, you never explain anything twice, nothing gets lost, and your assistant becomes more and more an extension of how you work. That is the difference between a tool you use and an assistant that knows you.

Frequently asked questions

Is my memory private? Yes, strictly. Your memory is only yours and is not shared.

Can I edit the memory? Yes. You view, edit and delete what GENI remembers about you.

Do I have to fill the workspace manually? Partly it fills itself: results from GENI land on the timeline automatically. You add notes and tasks whenever you want, by typing, chatting or using your voice.
